Andy Chen is vice chair of the Taiwan Fair Trade Commission (TFTC), a position he has held since February 2021. He was previously a commissioner of the TFTC from 2007 to 2010.
He was a professor of law Taiwan’s Chung Yuan Christian University School of Law from 2010 to 2021 and the dean of the law school from 2019 to 2021.
He earned law degrees from National Taiwan University (LL.B.), Soochow University (Taiwan LL.M.), Duke University (LL.M.), and Northwestern University (doctor of juridical science).
