Eliana is an economist with a long experience in antitrust and regulatory policy. She has held multiple high-level strategic roles at the European Commission as well as in the corporate world. Her current work focuses on innovation and the impact of technology on business models and markets and she advises on the interaction between regulation and digital innovation. She has been recognized for my technical skills and strategic thinking as well as my communication skills.

She has spoken as an expert at the OECD and she is a non-governmental advisor to the International Competition Network bringing together global antitrust regulators. She is also a regular guest lecturer with experience at George Mason University, ESMT in Berlin, the University of Michigan, or Yale School of Management.
