ICLE: FCC Broadband Label Rules May Exceed Congressional Mandate

In a post about the FCC’s new proposal to revise its consumer broadband label rules, the Benton Institute for Broadband & Society cites comments from the International Center for Law & Economics.

The International Center for Law & Economics said that some of the broadband label rules may exceed the FCC’s mandate in the Infrastructure Act, and for that reason, the Commission should revise the rules.
