Max Huffman

Max Huffman is vice dean and the Samuel R. Rosen Professor of Law at Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law, which he joined in 2008. He teaches antitrust, comparative and international antitrust, secured transactions, bankruptcy, and payment system. He is a three-time winner of the Faculty Leadership Award, as well as awards for his teaching.

Huffman is an Order of the Coif graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law and earned his undergraduate degree in mathematics at Cornell University. Before returning to the academy, he served in both private and federal government practice and clerked for Judge Stephen Trott on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
