Sam Bowman on CMA’s Facebook AdTech Investigation

Sam Bowman, director of competition policy at the International Centre for Law and Economics, warned that the new laws would give the regulator “incredible depth and extensive power across the entire economy”.

He said: “It changes the nature of the CMA.”
