Earlier in his career, R.J. held a variety of positions in the fields of journalism and public relations, including serving as public affairs director of the Independent Institute and Washington bureau chief of the insurance news service A.M. “We are delighted to have R.J. at ICLE. He’s not only a world-class editor, but a renowned insurance expert with a wealth of experience synthesizing academic and policy conversations,” said Geoffrey Manne, ICLE founder and president.
“I have long been impressed by ICLE’s commitment to bringing the law & economics approach to pressing public policy issues and by the quality of the team assembled. I am thrilled to now be able to join that team and hope to help highlight the important work the center is doing,” Lehmann said.
