R.J. Lehmann joins ICLE as Editor-in-Chief

The International Center for Law and Economics is thrilled to welcome R.J. “Ray” Lehmann as editor-in-chief and senior fellow of insurance policy. A co-founder of the R Street Institute, R.J. served most recently as the Institute’s director of finance, insurance and trade policy, overseeing R Street’s research on the regulation of financial services and the international rules-based trading system. 

Earlier in his career, R.J. held a variety of positions in the fields of journalism and public relations, including serving as public affairs director of the Independent Institute and Washington bureau chief of the insurance news service A.M. Best. He is a three-time award winner from the American Society of Business Publication Editors.
