Geoff Manne on Choice of Law for Privacy

ICLE President Geoff Manne was cited by the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) in a blog post about the paper he and AEI’s Jim Harper recently published proposing a choice-of-law approach to privacy regulation. You can read the full piece here.
