Dirk Auer Quoted in Asia Business Daily on Global Expansion of Digital Regulations
ICLE Director of Competition Policy Dirk Auer recently provided written testimony to the U.S. House regarding the international spread of interventionist regulatory frameworks. In an article for Asia Business Daily, Dirk was quoted discussing how regulatory models similar to the European Union’s Digital Markets Act are being adopted in jurisdictions including Japan, South Korea, Brazil, and Australia. This will create a global system of non-tariff trade barriers.”
