Wendy Ng

Associate Professor of Law, Melbourne Law School

Dr Wendy Ng is an Associate Professor at Melbourne Law School. She researches on competition law, focusing on China, international and comparative law, and political economy issues. She has received a number of awards for her research, including the University of Melbourne Chancellor’s Prize for Excellence in the PhD thesis, ABA Section of Antitrust Law International Scholar-in-Residence Award, and Antitrust Writing Awards (for Asian antitrust and cross-border issues). Wendy is a Non-Governmental Advisor to the International Competition Network and has worked with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to support the introduction and development of competition law and policy in Southeast Asia. Prior to joining academia, Wendy was a lawyer at commercial law firms in Melbourne and New York.
