William Henderson

William Henderson is the Stephen F. Burns Professor of Law at Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law, where his research focuses on the legal industry and legal education. He is also founder and primary editor of Legal Evolution, a hybrid publication that combines theory, data, and finely drawn examples of successful innovation within the legal industry. Early in his career, he clerked for the Hon. Richard D. Cudahy of the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

He received his bachelor’s in economics and history from Case Western Reserve University and his JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
