Subi Ramakrishnan
Communications and Innovation Fellow
Subi Ramakrishnan serves as a communications and innovation fellow at the International Center for Law & Economics.
Before joining ICLE, she was a graduate research fellow at the American Institute for Economic Research. She also worked at American University as a writing-center tutor and as an academic multimedia student video technician.
Earlier, Ramakrishnan served as editor-in-chief and resident editor of The Public Purpose Journal. She also worked as a research and media relations intern at the Cato Institute.
She began her career in journalism and media. She worked as a multimedia journalist, subeditor, and social-media manager at The Indian Express, and also held reporting and editorial internships in news and digital media.
She earned a master’s in public policy from American University and a postgraduate diploma in new media journalism from the Asian College of Journalism. She also holds a bachelor’s from Jyoti Nivas College.
