Sanghoon Kim

Sanghoon Kim is an assistant professor of economics at SUNY University at Buffalo. His interests include industrial organization, environmental economics, and law and economics.

In his research, he integrates theoretical and empirical work to address policy and interdisciplinary issues. One of his recent projects studied informed intermediary’s advice and its effect on a market where buyers and sellers trade goods under incomplete information. He has also studied a mechanism for sustainable carbon-free technology development and reviews regression analysis in the field of empirical legal research.

Sanghoon received his bachelors in economics from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul, South Korea and his PhD from Boston University.
