Jeffrey H. Kahn

Jeffrey H. Kahn is the Harry M. Walborsky Professor and associate dean for business law programs at Florida State University’s College of Law.

He previously served on the faculties at Washington & Lee School of Law, Penn State Law (University Park), and Santa Clara University School of Law, and has been a visiting professor at Vanderbilt University Law School, Stanford Law School, University of California Hastings College of Law, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. He also worked for three years as a tax associate in the Chicago office of McDermott, Will & Emery.

He received his bachelors from Duke University and his JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
