Igor Nikolic

Igor Nikolic is director of intellectual-property policy at Nokia. Previously, he was research fellow at the Centre for a Digital Society. He has also taught competition law at University College London (UCL), King’s College, and the University of Turin and worked on the report by the BRICS Competition Law and Policy Centre on “Digital Era Competition: a BRICS View.”

Igor completed his PhD at UCL on the licensing of standard-essential patents in the era of 5G and the Internet of Things, and is also associated as a senior fellow at UCL’s Centre for Law, Economics & Society.
