Einer Elhauge

Einer Elhauge is the Petrie Professor of Law at Harvard Law School and founding director of the Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology and Bioethics.

Before coming to Harvard, he was a professor of law at the University of California at Berkeley, and clerked for the late Judge William A. Norris on the 9th U.C. Circuit Court of Appeals and Justice William Brennan of the U.S. Supreme Court. He also served as chairman of the Barack Obama presidential campaign’s antitrust advisory committee.

He received both his bachelor’s and JD from Harvard, graduating first in his law school class.
