Todd Henderson on the Wesson Oil False-Ad Deal

Bloomberg Law – ICLE Academic Affiliate M. Todd Henderson was cited by Bloomberg Law in a story about a settlement objection he raised in a class action suit charging that ConAgra Foods Inc. deceptively called Wesson Oil “100% natural” despite genetically modified ingredients. Law professor M. Todd Henderson objected to the deal and later appealed the district court’s approval.
