Meet Sam Bowman, Director of Competition Policy

We are thrilled to announce that Sam Bowman will start at ICLE in April, 2020, as Director of Competition Policy. Sam will engage with a global network of academics and research centers to develop and promote ICLE’s work on a broad range of competition policy issues.

Sam is the former Executive Director of the Adam Smith Institute in London and a current principal at Fingleton Associates. Along with his expertise in economics and policy analysis, Sam has proven success in nonprofit leadership, program development, coalition building, and stakeholder engagement.
