ICLE comments to the Federal Communications Commission were cited by Communications Daily in a story about the FCC’s inquiry into the state of competition in broadband markets. You can read the full piece here.

The broadband market “remains healthy and competitive,” the International Center for Law & Economics commented. However, it warned “new and forthcoming regulations threaten broadband competition by eliminating or proscribing the policies and practices by which providers compete.”
