On April 7, 2026, the Brazilian Institute for Competition and Innovation (IBCI), in partnership with ICLE, hosted a half-day seminar in Brasília on the regulation of digital platforms and artificial intelligence in Brazil. The event brought together senior government officials, academics, and private-sector leaders to examine the institutional challenges of digital and AI regulation at a critical moment for deepening the debate on Bill PL 4675/2025, Brazil’s current legislative proposal.
