Back by popular demand, this session is a reprise of ICLE’s very first workshop and will take a look at relational contracting and the work of Ben Klein.

This is the sixth in a series of Big Ideas workshops hosted by ICLE in which we bring together a group of early- and mid-career scholars to discuss important ideas in law & economics. Prior workshops have looked at topics including the diverging views of Guido Calabresi and Richard Posner, the evolution of the understanding of the Theory of the Firm, and the foundational work of Armen Alchian.
