Tony Reed
Associate Director of Operations
Tony was an Associate Director of Operations at the International Center for Law & Economics based in Portland, Oregon. Tony oversaw daily operations of ICLE including human resources, development, finance, office administration, marketing, events, and special projects.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Utah Valley University with a focus on local government. He is continually pursuing educational opportunities in Nonprofit Management.
Prior to joining ICLE, Tony was the Assistant City Manager for the City of Mt. Angel, Oregon where he worked in land use, finance, human resources, economic development, technology, and civic innovation.
