Levi A. Russell is an associate teaching professor at the University of Kansas Brandmeyer Center for Applied Economics.
He was previously the Gwartney Institute Professor of Economic Education and Research at Ottawa University and an assistant professor at the University of Georgia and Texas A&M University.
Russell received his bachelor’s and PhD from Kansas State University.
