The European Commission just announced it was fining Meta €797 million for tying its marketplace to the Facebook platform.
As far as I can tell, the decision raises more questions than it answers.

Judge Boasberg just dismissed Meta and the FTC's motions for summary judgment in the Instagram/WhatsApp proceedings: The case is going to trial.
Does this mean the FTC is likely to win its case?
