New Jersey Law Journal cited an ICLE amicus brief in a piece on the Third Circuit’s decision to revive antitrust claims alleging that Atlantic City casino-hotels used common pricing software to raise room rates. The ICLE brief examined whether hotels’ use of the same revenue-management software, without sufficient evidence of an agreement among competitors, establishes a hub-and-spoke price-fixing conspiracy.
