Geoffrey Manne to testify before Senate Antitrust Subcommittee on EU and US approaches to competition law

On Wednesday, December 5, ICLE president and founder Geoffrey Manne will testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Subcommittee on Antitrust, Competition Policy, and Consumer Rights at a hearing entitled, “A Comparative Look at Competition Law Approaches to Monopoly and Abuse of Dominance in the US and EU.“ The event will be live streamed here. Also testifying are: William E. Kovacic, Global Competition Professor Of Law and Policy at George Washington University Law School; Professor Abbott (Tad) B.
