Yalun Yen

Taiwan Fair Trade Commission

Yalun Yen serves as a commissioner of the Taiwan Fair Trade
Commission with a term from February 2023 to January 2027. She has been a
member of the faculty at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan,
since 2014, where she serves as an associate professor. Her educational
background includes a Ph.D. from the College of Law at National Taiwan
University in 2012, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of
Michigan Law School in 2011, where she subsequently served as a Research
Scholar from 2011 to 2012.
Dr. Yen has made significant contributions to the fields of antitrust law,
intellectual property law, and financial regulations through her scholarly work.
Before her academic and regulatory engagements, Dr. Yen was a partner at
Infoshare Tech Law Office in Taipei, working with and representing major
corporate clients across Taiwan. She has been a member of the New York State
Bar since 2012. Her involvement in the legal community is further
demonstrated by her past role as a director of the Taiwan Competition Law
Institute and her membership on the Editorial Committee for the Taipei Bar
Journal from 2006 to 2011.
