Yi-Jing Lin is currently the Deputy Minister of Digital Affairs, Taiwan, ROC.
Dr. Lin received his B.E. degree in Computer Science and Information
Engineering from National Taiwan University in 1987, and Ph.D. degree in
Computer Science from Brown University in 1995.
He has over 30 years of experience in the software industry. He worked for
IBM T. J. Watson Research Center (USA), Compeq Manufacturing (Taiwan) ,
and Trend Micro (Taiwan and Japan). He was also the founder and CEO of L Labs
Inc.
