Thomas A. Hemphill
Thomas A. Hemphill is the David M. French Distinguished Professor of Strategy, Innovation and Public Policy in the University of Michigan-Flint’s School of Management. His research interests are in the areas of innovation management and policy, corporate governance, business ethics, business and public policy, and international business and political economy.
He is a policy advisor at the Heartland Institute and a contributing editor of Cato Institute’s Regulation: The Cato Review of Business and Government. He received his Ph.D. in business administration from The George Washington University.
