Dyuti Pandya
Dyuti Pandya is an analyst at the European Centre for International Political Economy (ECIPE). Her research focuses on the impact of regulation and trade policy on innovation, competition, and market outcomes in technology sectors, with particular attention to how legal and economic frameworks shape the development and diffusion of emerging technologies. She is also an international fellow (Eurasia) at the Tholos Foundation.
She leads the Bastiat Scrolls initiative at Students for Liberty.
Previously, Pandya served as an innovation fellow at the International Centre for Law & Economics (ICLE). She also interned at the Cato Institute’s Herbert A. Stiefel Center for Trade Policy Studies and at the Foundation for Economic Development.
Pandya holds an LL.M. in international trade law from Gujarat Maritime University and a master’s in public administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She also earned a bachelor’s in legal sciences and law from the University of Mumbai, as well as a diploma in cyber and e-commerce laws from the Asian School of Cyber Laws.
