Bernardo Cascão is a partner in BMA Advogados’ competition practice and a member of the firm’s technology and digital businesses group.
He was previously a foreign associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Brussels (2013–2014). He has also taught intellectual property law at FGV-Rio and EMERJ, and competition law at IBMEC.
He holds a bachelor’s in law from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a master’s in economic and intellectual property law from the Universidade Cândido Mendes.
