Antonio Robles MartÃn-Laborda is associate professor of commercial law at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where he writes and teaches primarily in the area of competition law. He is the former director of the Postgraduate School of Law and vice-dean of the faculty of social and legal sciences. He is currently director of the specialization course in competition law and co-director of the Consolidated Research Group FAR (Freedom and Regulation – Law and Private Will in the Shaping of the Markets). He is also president of the Spanish Academic Association of Competition Law, holds a PhD in competition law (extraordinary doctorate award) and a LL.M in European Union law (distinction) from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
